When will I receive my order?

Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days for most items, or 10 to 15 for custom apparel. Certain items and larger orders may take longer. For questions on timing, please contact us.

Can you meet my event date?

If you have an event date, please inform us. We will do everything we can to meet your event date. Tight turns may incur express fees. If you require a tight turn, please call 763-537-3422.

How much is express production?

Express production is a service we offer in the instance that you need your order faster than our standard production time. All orders are placed in a queue with a standard order production of 7-10 business days. Any order using Express Production jumps to the front of queue so it can be ready by your in-hands date.

Our Express Production charges are as follows:

Same day – 30%

1-day – 25%

2-day – 20%

3-day – 15%

4-day – 10%

That percentage is applied to the total product price. Art, set-ups, and shipping do not incur an Express Production charges.

Do you offer shipping?

We can ship to addresses anywhere in the world. Just provide a shipping address and a means of payment. Shipping and handling will be added to the order. All orders will ship the next business day after the order is ready. For orders that require art approval, items will ship out 7 to 10 business days after art approval.

Can I order over the phone?

Sure. We have sales people standing by during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. 763-537-3422

Do you keep records of my past orders?

Yes. We keep orders up to 7 years, so we can reference back to what you have done in the past to keep your style consistent. If that's what you'd like, just say so.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

We will attempt to accommodate, but items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items already imprinted cannot be altered or exchanged. Please call to see if a change is possible.

What if my awards arrive damaged or incorrect?

We will work with you to get what you need. If it's our mistake, we will fix or replace them.

Can I return my items for a refund?

Since awards are personalized and therefore cannot be reused, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item is received incorrect. This includes apparel.

Can you make custom awards?

Yes. If you have a special shape or design in mind, we can work with you to make it happen. In addition to custom awards, we also make custom pins, medals, and challenge coins. Be aware that anything custom does tend to increase production time.

Do you offer promotional products?

Yes. We like to say "If you can put a logo on it, we can do it." Check out our promotional products site, or contact us for a quote.

What about custom t-shirts, mugs, or pens?

Yep, we can do all of that. You'll find those among our promotional products as well.

How do I choose the right product?

Can you help me find the right item?

Yes, of course. Our customer service staff are standing by. Some inquiries involving numerous items may incur a research fee.
