For those with company stores provided by us, here are answers to your most frequently asked questions.

Can I return/exchange my items?

We imprint each item to order and do not keep stock of any pieces. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or in the incorrect color/size, however, please contact us for a replacement.

How long does it take to receive my items?

We imprint each item to order so there is a delay from when you place your order to when it arrives. Production on most pieces takes 7-10 business days. We ship the package out of MN and shipping transit times follow UPS routes. During the holiday season (November-early January), there may be a delay in production due to the high volume of holiday orders.

What if I need my items in a rush?

We do our best to get orders in and out of our doors as quickly as possible. Because of this, rushes are often not feasible. Under the right circumstances, however, we may be able to accommodate your request. You can contact us at 765-537-3422 or e-mail

Can I change my order after it is placed?

We try to get orders into the system in a timely manner to avoid production delays. Because of this, you would need to make any changes to your order immediately after placing it.

How can I ensure my items will fit?

Each of the brands we offer will have a slightly different cut. Retail brands (Nike, OGIO, New Era, Eddie Bauer, North Face, etc.) run true to retail sizing. House and mill brands (District, Port Authority, Port & Company, Red House, Team365, Devon & Jones, Gildan, etc.) run ‘retail sizing plus a little’. Please reference the size charts for specific questions. If there is a particular item you would like to check, e-mail for a size chart on that piece.

Can I send you clothing I already own for imprint?

Due to the way our processes work, sending in personal items for imprint is extremely cost prohibitive. We advise against doing so.

Will you send me a patch of the logo that I can add to clothing myself?

Creating a patch of a logo is a different process than embroidering directly onto the garment. We cannot produce patches in small batches (minimum order of 100 pieces) and would need the approval of your company to send you that many patches.

My cart does not seem to be working. How can I place my order?

Please take a snapshot of the items in your cart and send them, along with your shipping address, to The order will be entered manually and we will call for your credit card number.

Do you have access to my credit card information?

No. The information is encrypted by PayPal before it arrives to us, so we do not have access to any of your credit card numbers, addresses, etc.
